Each year, the Annual Conference on Advancing School Mental Health brings together leaders, practitioners, researchers, and other stakeholders in the school mental health field to share the latest research and best practices. The conference emphasizes a shared school-family-community agenda to bring high-quality and evidence-based mental health promotion, prevention, and intervention to students and families as part of a multi-tiered system of supports.

November 12, 2021 – 2nd Annual Virtual Injury Prevention Center Research Symposium
The University of Michigan Injury Prevention Center (IPC) is excited to announce a call for registrations and abstracts for our 2nd annual fall research symposium, with the theme, “Using Technology to Advance Injury Prevention Surveillance, Interventions, and Training.” The symposium is a unique event for researchers, post-doctoral fellows, and students to disseminate research, facilitate new collaborations, and explore new ideas for injury prevention research.
Call for abstracts: Deadline 11:59 pm ET, Wednesday, September 15, 2021
Submit all abstracts using the submission form provided on the U-M Injury Prevention Center website. Send the form as an email attachment to Sonia Kamat.
January 13-15, 2022 – NASPA Strategies Conference
Members of the Healthy Minds Network will be presenting at the 2022 NASPA Strategies Conference in Boston. This event provides student affairs practitioners with the knowledge and skills to effectively address collegiate alcohol and drug abuse prevention, mental health, sexual violence prevention and response, and well-being through a variety of comprehensive and integrative approaches.
